My Vision
I seek to create the conditions for healthy systems that improve culture, climate and overall wellness. I believe in people's potential for transformation and the power of community to bring about change and healing. Capacity building happens through consulting, coaching, and professional development.
My Expertise
Early in my career, I was a Store Manager for Caribou Coffee. I also launched a team building and training program for all new store openings in the Chicago and Milwaukee markets.
During my time in public education, I served as a Special Education teacher, Outdoor Education teacher, Instructional Coach, and Principal. I earned a Masters Degree in Curriculum and Instruction and a second Masters Degree in Educational Leadership.
My leadership journey extends into the nonprofit sector where I led an adventure therapy organization as Executive Director.
I am a certified yoga and mindfulness teacher.
Coaching is integral to the change process. I have training in many coaching styles, but my approach is most influenced by Cognitive Coaching SM and Polarity Thinking™.

Together, we determine a path forward to support your vision and strategy for improved culture and wellbeing. Coaching packages are customized to meet your needs. I will serve as a thought partner, trusting that you hold the wisdom within you. My coaching practice is heavily influenced by the Cognitive Coaching SM approach, serving as a mediator of your thinking. I will show up fully present, paraphrase your thinking, and pose questions along a cognitive map intended to elevate your resourcefulness.

The most impactful school based work happens from a systems approach. Partnering with your administration, I train all levels of educational staff to support social emotional learning, trauma informed practices and cultivating emotional resilience in educators and students. I coach administrators and teaching staff to lead with confident humility and how to embody emotional intelligence. Together, we will develop teams that can be responsive to student and family needs.
